"C'mere. Let's be a cyclops."
When I'm weary, feeling small, when tears are in my eyes (or if I'm just goofin') being a cyclops will dry them all. It's my favorite way to wind down with Jeff after a long day. Here's how to do it: find your loved one, link your foreheads together, and look into each others' eyes. Because your eyes are so close, it will seem like each participant has one giant eye. Hence, being a cyclops. Stand together staring at the giant eyes for as long as it takes. It is weird but tremendously comforting.
How do I have a deeper neckline that yours?

I was wondering that myself...maybe because it's Europe? :D
Also the lighting in that shot is weird enough to make me wonder why my chest is hairier than yours!

"Fill my heart with gladness/Take away my sadness/Ease my trouble, that's what you do." I mean that in the Van Morrison way, not the Rod Stewart one.

Having a love affair w/ your spouse! What an affirming message in these times.
PS Any tips, or a post, on how you do it in these busy lives we lead?

Oh man, Melinda, Poof does a *dead-on* hilarious Rod Stewart version of that song, so I'm afraid that's all I can hear when it's mentioned. :)
How do we do it? I'll post about it...maybe around Valentine's Day(?). I think the main thing with us is: we've had to *earn* our happiness. Separately, we have been through some hard times before finding each other, and I think that makes us value each other so much more than people who haven't had to struggle.
