Catching up on a couple posts after several days... do you really read Gourmet magazine now? My mind still boggles at all this. How wonderful to see someone venture out into a new arena so confidently.

Beth, yeah, I somehow got a free subscription to Gourmet! This happened months ago when I bought something online, but I can't remember what it was. I like Gourmet a lot, especially their everyday recipes. That savory pain perdu from a few weeks ago was one, and talk about a home run.
