That was fantastic! Sadly, 1) Today is Easter, and I would imagine that the novelty would have worn off by tomorrow, and 2) I have to patience for decorating sweets. The cake would be flung into the trash before I even got close to frosting it. ;p

Hi Kelly, my name is Francesca and I'm writing from Italy. I just wanted to tell you I really enjoy your U2 cartoons.
I was reading your blog and I was wondering: how do you know all those italian recipes? Is Italian cuisine that popular in the U.S.?

Thank you both for reading!

Francesca, Italian food is very popular in the U.S. We usually eat Italian food at least once or twice a week. :) Most of my recipes are from Everyday Italian by Giada De Laurentiis.

I know she is very famous in the US but she is not over here, I guess she wll be on Italian tv pretty soon.
BTW, whenever you and Jeff will come near Parma it would be my pleasure to cook for you something good :)

Darn, I wanted to post this on my Facebook...but I'm not exactly tech saavy. That would be my engineer hubby. UGH!
It's so deliciously beautiful. I thought it would be ultra cool for the summer if kept inside during the picnic...maybe???
