Jeff made me some pancakes this morning! Carrot cake pancakes from Joy the Baker, to be precise. And then he took this outstanding photo with maple syrup drizzling down. And now, an exclusive interview with Jeff.
K: What made you want to make carrot cake pancakes?
J: My Kelly was working on her art, and she looked hungry. And I miss Bugs Bunny.
K: What was the most challenging part of the recipe?
J: Not shredding my fingers when I grated the carrots.
K: How do you know when to flip the pancakes, and what kind of heat are we talking about?
J: Wait to see bubbles across the entire surface. Medium heat. Not nearly as hot as I can get.
K: Did you enjoy them?
J: Nom nom nom.
